Lambeth Tigers Football Club - Terms & Conditions of Registration

 


1. Registration and Payment

​

      1.1. Registration is completed upon submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable fees.

      1.2. Fees are due on the dates specified at registration. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or removal from the team.

      1.3. Late or missed payments may incur additional charges or disciplinary action, including dismissal from the team.


2. Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy


      2.1. Right to Cancel within 14 Days

You have the right to cancel your registration and obtain a full refund within 14 days of signing up, provided your child has not started participating in training sessions, matches, or other club activities. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at registrations@lambethtigersfc.org.

      2.2. Cancellation after Service Commencement

 

Once your child has begun participating in training, matches, or other club activities, no refunds will be issued unless:​

  • There has been a material breach of contract by the club.


      2.3. No Refunds
 

Except where expressly provided above, no refunds will be given for:
 

  • Voluntary withdrawal after services have commenced;

  • Transfers to other clubs or teams;

  • Disciplinary dismissals or voluntary cancellations.


     2.4. How to Cancel
 

To cancel during the applicable period, contact us via email at registrations@lambethtigersfc.org, providing your registration details.

     2.5. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the cancellation request, credited to the original payment method.

3. Participation and Conduct

     3.1. All players must attend training and matches regularly and wear the appropriate kit.
     3.2. Failure to comply with club rules or misconduct may result in disciplinary action including dismissal from the team.

4. Disciplinary and Dismissal Policy

     4.1. The club reserves the right to dismiss a player for breach of discipline, misconduct, or other just cause, at the club’s sole discretion.
     4.2. No refunds will be issued if a player is dismissed for disciplinary reasons.

5. Additional Policies

     5.1. Unpaid fines issued by the league or FA or outstanding fees from previous seasons must be settled before registration for the current season.
     5.2. Players are expected to be in match kits for games and training kits for sessions. Failure to do so may result in a fine of £5.

6. Changes to Registration Details

     6.1. Requests to transfer teams or update registration details are subject to availability and club discretion. These do not constitute grounds for refunds.

7. Amendments to Terms

     7.1. The club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the club’s website or direct communication.
