The LTFC graduate programme was put in place to raise awareness in regards to the great efforts being made by staff and players alike at the club. In the last 5 years LTFC has had in excess of 75 young boys go on to sign professional papers with some of the countries best academies including Crystal Palace FC, Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, Tottenham Hotspurs FC amongst many others.

 

We use images and videos to celebrate the successes the club has had in addition to short interviews with some of our boys who've moved on, which will explore life inside different academies, how LTFC assisted with their development and what it takes to make the step up. The graduate programme is also a good tool to propel some of our other young boys who have aspirations to make it to the top level, to work that little bit harder. #TheOrangeArmy
